CfA: Regional Restoration Camps of 2013 There are only a few days remaining to take part in this year’s Regional Restoration Camps. Please note that the deadline has been extended to July 21 to submit your application to the Camps in Gjirokastra (Albania), Jajce (Bosnia & Herzegovina) and Vushtrri (Kosovo). If you are having trouble deciding which camp to attend, keep in mind that each has a slightly different focus. Camp 13: Gjirokastra (Sept. 14 - 28) Camp 14: Jajce, BiH (Oct. 1 – 14) Camp 15: Vushtrri, Kosovo (Oct. 16 – 27) At every Camp, you will get a variety of lectures from local and international heritage experts, on topics ranging from documentation techniques to interpreting heritage to the unique properties of timber and stone. Participation in this year’s Camps is free for applicants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia. All costs are covered, except transportation to the country where the Camp is located. Participants from other countries are very welcome, but they will be required to pay 750 euros, which will cover all of their costs at the Camp. Link: mreza-mira.net/node/3770
