Chad, what do you think about this? I would have to say that I agree with much of it. Too many people seem to fall into thinking becoming a disciple of Christ is a ticket to getting rich, the prosperity gospel. Being a disciple of Christ can be a very tough and testing life. Many of the blessings are not financial, it is knowing Christ as Lord and Savior. Becoming a believer has no financial benefits attached, but it does have some/many eternal benefits. :)
