Chag Sameach! Looking for a fiber-filled Haroset recipe to counter the effects of matzo? Traditional Sephardic recipes include dates, figs, and apricots, instead of apples (which are binding). Use Peeled Snacks Go-Figure + more dates: soak the dried fruit in water for an hour, then use a food processor to make them into a paste. Add walnuts, spices, and wine to taste.
