Chairman BNF Abdul Hamid Khan,s letter to (Retired) Hisamullah Baig. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Respected brother Brig (Retired) Hisamullah Baig. Be realistic and don’t include your own version in to UN resolution. In other words you are talking not only above your own level but your GHQ bosses level. The above said text has not been written by me. It’s not my view, it’s derived from UNCIP documents. Please don’t try to misguide anyone. For your kind information, I am the first who has revealed the fact to the people of Gilgit Baltistan about the disputed nature of our Motherland by presenting UNCIP records and also about the fraud Karachi agreement of 28th April 1948. Whatever you consider Nagir Hunza its not important, whatever your Pakistani bosses consider and they have included GB in UN is important. Is this your record what you have been claiming, please try to understand, now your time has passed and you cannot misguide our youth who know better than you. UNCIP documents disapprove your claims, what you say that “ there were no Pakistani troops in any part of JK”, is totally false. Read the Truce Terms, in which government of Pakistan has accepted to withdraw its troops. If there were no troops what you claim then what about Karachi Truce terms and what means that Pakistan will withdraw all its troops including civilians from JK and Gilgit Baltistan. Please go through UN documents and correct yourself. READ AGAIN THIS UNCIP Document. 1. Part II of the truce terms dealt with the withdrawal of troops from the territory of the State. This suggestion was made in con¬formity with the terms of paragraph B, 1 of part II, which stipulated that the bulk of the Indian forces would be withdrawn from the State of Jammu and Kashmir, in stages to be agreed be¬tween the Government of India and the Commis-sion. 2. Part III of the truce terms contained various general provisions: (a) It established that the territory evac¬uated by the Pakistan troops will be administered by the legal authorities under the surveillance of the Commission;
