This is a very well written article by Michael who clearly knows how to read between the lines in Chinese politics, and has summed up very well the status of the current purge at the end of 2014, looking forward into the new year of 2015. So today we publish Michaels very important article in full, and again remind our followers just how big this single minded internal power play is in China, but knowingly allows the ruthless crushing of the life of Keith Darby a squeaky clean Englishman who is ill, with his family is split up and trapped in China. But before reading Michaels excellent article, let us take a look at a few facts of life of Keith Darby a victim of endemic Chinese corruption, and the flip-side of the supposed crack-down. ...... Or the one-sided nature of it. Darbys company assets were stolen over 3 years ago by Qian Jian of China Resources Holdings in Hainan. The latter is a company owned by the State of China. Darby has written many times to Wang Qishan CCDI chief asking for a full investigation. Song Lin, Jiang Wei ex-chairman and vice-chairman of CRC have been detained by CCDI, as has Wang Hongkun the CRC executive responsible for the theft and many other CRC managers. But the Chinese government does nothing to investigate the case of the British victim despite the repeated requests of Keith Darby and the British government, and continued reporting of CRC manager Qian Jian who is still trying to steal the remaining assets of Darbys JV company. Keith Darby has had a travel ban for two years imposed on him because his London based investor partner has not paid a debt to a Chinese who always had some relationship with CRC, but which debt should have been paid. Result, Keith Darby and his family are left to hang out to dry with a travel ban. Seems that was deliberate. The Chinese judiciary in Hainan have abused all their legal authority and caused Darby and his wifes assets to be illegally charged, and frozen all their personal assets, bank accounts. They have now even prevented Darby and his family from purchasing air tickets or rail tickets within China. The family is stranded, separated, and Darby cannot even get medical care within China, much needed following serious illness in February this year. Darbys phones are tapped and his emails spied on, we might ask who is doing this. His email address has been hacked and blocked in China, and he cannot send or receive emails, one might ask exactly who in China has the authority and power to completely block email traffic to and from Darby in China. Despite many letters to CCDI and Wang Qishan personally asking for help, Darby has heard say that CCDI investigators sent to Hainan were supposed to be looking into Darbys complaints against corrupt Chinese Judiciary, police, and local Hainan government. But they did nothing, except show to the perpetrators, the corrupt officials, all of Darbys letters of complaints against them. These corrupt officials being beyond the law, in a country without the rule of law, will all want revenge, and it has started. Mrs Darby two weeks ago needed to travel to Hong Kong to swear an Affidavit in connection with a case related to preventing Darbys London based investor partner Bir Kathuria secretly selling his Jersey trust shares in his partnership deal with Darby, to a CRC related BVI company, run by a front man for CRC called Mai Quixiang. But the Darby familys phones were being tapped ....... So when Mrs Darby made the long journey from Hainan and had finally arrived in their home town in Guangdong on the way to Hong Kong with the documents, there were unknown to her already a gang of 7 to 8 people lying in wait for her outside her home, clearly to prevent her from getting to Hong Kong with those important documents. These people had driven from Hainan 20 hours away to intercept her. The gang told everybody in the residential compound where Darbys family live, that they were Judiciary from Haikou Hainan, and PSB ( police ) from Hainan and that they were there to arrest Keith Darby and Mrs Darby. ( on fabricated/ false charges at the behest of Mai Quixiang and Qian Jian of CRC ) Mrs Darby manage to avoid them and made it to Hong Kong, but received a warning phone call from a friend on her way home to Guangdong that night, that the 7 or 8 people were still lying in wait probably to kidnap her on her return. They were certainly not on lawful business. This is very similar to Darbys sudden detention and travel ban at the border in Shenzhen when carrying important documents to Hong Kong two years ago. The Haikou judiciary illegally instructed the Border customs to confiscate Darbys pas spore and post it to Haikou in Hainan. So what sort of country is China turning into now, whilst we daily hear all the news about the crack-down on corruption and detentions of the big corrupt tigers, the remaining 99% of endemic corrupt gangland practitioners still go wholly unchecked by the authorities. To such an extent that a squeaky clean honest Englishman who has never broken a law in his life, can be persecuted until death with his family by rank corruption in China, every day of the week. In Michael Sheridans Sunday Times report of today, we note in particular two quotes; One analyst in Beijing warns A big storm is coming . Maybe because the place is without any moral foundation.
