Chalet Cook required in Morzine for the upcoming ski season. “We are looking for a Chalet Cook who is happy to cook for 23 guests for our largest chalet. He/she will work along side the chalet manager couple who will take care of the cleaning, welcoming, bar, dealing with customers. The chalet cook will be responsible for cooking, shopping (local supermarket) and keeping his/her kitchen clean. We are not asking for a fully trained chef but for someone who works in pubs or bistro, or someone who worked in a kitchen but as a sous-chef and would like to take the challenge to cook on his/her own. We offer a value‐for‐money alternative in a chalet holiday market full of over‐priced luxury options. We pride ourselves on concentrating on the essentials and providing them particularly well. This ethos is reflected in the way we operate, our service and the food that we provide. Our cuisine is honest, filling, prepared with care and with fresh produce.
