Chalkboarding and The CIA (Core Implementation Agency) By Michael Bohr, CI Are you an Agent or a paid Asset of the CIA? Would you like to be??? If so, you could receive a full scholarship and training in Chalkboarding those who are now the Enemy Combatants of American Education Reform Interests! Namely, the children of parents and educators against the Common Core. What is Chalkboarding? Chalkboarding is the deliberate use of psychological and physical interrogatories upon students to achieve the desired answer to the questions posed to them. It is the use of educational psychology techniques and zero tolerance policies designed to achieve compliance and acceptance of whatever the education interrogator says. It is the denial of unneeded bathroom breaks, unwanted independent thought, non FDA-approved nutrition and hydration requirements of the human body and unauthorized interpersonal contact with loved ones and friends through a system of necessary isolation and strict behavioral modifications in a classroom setting. Conflicting information is repeatedly fed to the subject (student) followed by and endless repetition of questions designed to make the subject (student) put aside the misinformation and irrationalities provided by subversive familial sources and submit to the reality and truth of a brave, new world! We call this, critical thinking. The CIA Agent is not interested in the correct answer, only the best appropriately predetermined answer. Any deviation from this will be met with derision and further remedial indoctrination, with the strong possibility of both increased detentions and pharmaceutically induced adjustments to the subjects (students) brain chemistry. We call this, Interdisciplinary Remediation. The kids just love it! A notation of behavioral misconduct in their permanent record goes without saying. The CIA Agent (or paid asset) is not burdened with the weight of morality and conscience, they know they are only doing their job and following orders, for they have been extensively trained to do so. Moral relativism is the meat and potatoes of the cognitively dissonant mindset with which the agent must perform their mission. We call this Goal Oriented, Outcome-based Education! Its all about Teamwork and moving forward! The pay is great. The benefits package is good and job security is guaranteed for those who perform well! Besides, you cant beat the paid vacation and sick time leave! Its a job, after all, and who would dare question orders and risk all that? And of course, it IS for the greater good! The Boss said so! Whats a little chalk dust anyway? It wont kill anyone and Hey! They need that data! How else can those insurgents be stopped from working against american (reformers) interests? All It takes is a few minutes and some Wet Ones to wash it off and everyone is ready for public viewing. But hey, the job doesnt just stop there! Were talking about a high stakes, high pressure job dealing with actors (students) who push the envelope and rebel against authority all the time. The CIA agent is under tremendous pressure and sometimes they crack. Their training sometimes fails to protect them from sympathizing with the enemy and losing sight of the mission. We understand these hazards, so watchful eye must be kept on everyone in order to maintain an orderly and compassionate system of further professional development to correct such workplace abnormalities or substitute that agent with a newer Trained For Acclamation replacement operative. In the world of 21st Century American Economic readiness and competition, vigilance and security are job number one and Chalkboarding provides the keys to success. Freedom and Free Thought are a small price to pay for the security of a better, more efficient world where everyone is treated equitably! So, carry on, dedicated CIA Agent!
