Challenge Day 4 - Yoga vs. Gymnast Handstand ---------------------------------- We hope everyone enjoyed yesterday’s pose, we’re so happy to see so many of you engaged in this challenge! For today’s pose, you’ll need to have your balance in check. There are two ways to do this one: draw the shoulder blades down and forearms in to try the yoga handstand, or lock out your shoulders and maintain a more hollow posture if you want to go for the gymnast handstand. Both ways are ok, so pick the pose that feels more natural to you. Beginners Tip: try this at the wall to make it more accessible!
