Challenge: unfollow every page on your social media outlets that promotes consistent negativity and start sharing positive stories. Most people have no idea how hard it is for someone to be away from family and friends putting their lives on the line, to log into social media and only see negative back home. Support your troops like that. The media is gonna feed you what sells. These networks are for profit. The 70s, 80s, 90s were three decades of societal growth, being torn down by excessive violence, objectification of women, emasculation of men, and other idiosyncrasies that are giving way to the decline of a society. Look at TV these days. You have to look pretty hard for a sitcom with a positive message which is a shame in itself. Entertainment doesnt have to be just that. If we stop feeding into it, maybe we will start seeing and hearing something else. Remember a baby is being born at the same time a man is murdered...the beginning and end.
