Chamber News Feed: Hunterdon County, NJ: (HIGH BRIDGE, NJ) A woman from Columbia faces charges in the theft of $6,300 worth of New Jersey instant scratch-off tickets from Riverside Liquors on Main Street. Tiffany Stout, 30, is charged with 20 counts of theft of movable property, police said. Patrolman Matt Lazier investigated the theft, which reportedly occurred between September and October. He determined that Stout had taken the tickets while working, police said. Stout was held in the Hunterdon County Jail with bail set at $15,000.
