Chamber Storm Center: 11pm Update: Current Conditions: Temp.: 21.4 degrees Wind Chill: 17 degrees Wind: 4 mph At this hour there are no storm related Fire or first aid calls, which is very good. NJ State Travel Ban, all vehicles are off the road now except for plows, police and road crews. NJ Transit is shutdown till Thursday. Schools are closed tomorrow, along with countless businesses and libraries. The main portion of the Storm is set to arrive near midnight when heavy snowfall and high winds will be a concern. If you can safely clear fire hydrants along your street to assist local volunteer firefighters it would be appreciated. A 3 foot circle around the entire hydrant is needed. Keep an eye on elderly neighbors and family members. Only call 9-1-1 for emergency purposes. If power goes out, contact your provider to let them know. Scroll down for the various numbers we posted. So far all is going smoothly. We will continue to make updates throughout the night as matters warrant, then return to updates and news in the morning hours.
