Champ was rescued by Hope Animal Rescue on 12/4 after being surrendered to a shelter in awful condition. He is frightened, but still wants to trust people. He has deformities to all four legs, caused by malnutrition and being confined to a tiny space that wouldnt allow exercise. He is infested with worms & severely dehydrated. You can see every rib, his hip bones and his shoulder bones. He is now splinted on both front legs to try to help him have mobility.
