Chana dal vada is a perfect snack for rainy, soggy weather. Enjoy these crunchy fritters with the chutney of your choice and a hot cup of tea. Chana dal vade Ingredients:- Bengal gram dal-3cups Onion-2(finely chopped) Green chills-8-9nos(chopped) Coriander-a handful(chopped) Dill leaves-4tbsp(chopped) Soda-a pinch Salt-as per taste Red chilli powder-1/4tbsp Tumeric powder-1/4tbsp Method:- 1.Soak chana dal in water overnight or for 4-5 hours. 2.Kept aside two tbsp spoon soaked dal and grinded rest of the dal.avoid adding any additional water. 3.after it become paste add all the ingredients and again grind for 5seconds. 4.To this paste I added the coarse dal that I had kept aside and mix well. 5.Made vadas and deep fry them. :-Serve it with green chutney, curd chutney and tomato sauce.
