Chances and Opportunities. Im a firm believer in giving new blood a chance to prove their work and worth, simply because I remember we all have to start somewhere. Im also prolly one of the most respectful of other peoples creativity and space to create, and will only voice my opinion if I feel the jobs not getting done and the full potential of something is not met... Or you are simply not mindful of your clients initial brief. The problem I realise is, when you are new(ish) at what you do, youre either over effusive or over defensive and end up forgetting to do what you were initially asked to do. The point is, when things go awry, dont shift the blame to protect yourself. youve got miles to go yet or your buck will stop there.
