Chanda Chanshi gives Hon Wylbur Simuusa credit for being Tonga and PF. He compares him to other Tongas in southern province who are UPND. This is why I doubt if Chanda has been to sch and if he truelly was a sch teacher in Zambia. Simple social studies says that, there are more people along the rail lines and mines than in Villages. Hon Wylbur Simuusa is the area mp for Nchanga which is in Chingola where KCM is located. Which Tribe dominates Chingola? Chingola is like Lusaka Central, its an Urban Area and anybody from any tribe can be Member of Parliament. Wylbur has lived on the copperbelt all his life. People do not even care which tribe he is. Wylbur is PF because thats just the Kopala Swag.
