Change may be hard. Most of the time it is painful. However, transformation is a huge part of the Christian life. A bird will never discover how to soar in life without breaking out of its shell. Most people refuse to change how they believe, how they think or even how they speak, therefore they find their life stinking, rotting, limited like a bird that never transformed. C S Lewis said, It may be hard for an egg to turn into a bird: it would be a jolly sight harder for it to learn to fly while remaining an egg. We are like eggs at present. And you cannot go on indefinitely being just an ordinary, decent egg. We must be hatched or go bad. God is more interested in you growing than you being comfortable. Most people change something that is easy and really that was not the thing that needed to change. Before you change your geographical location, walk out of your marriage, your job, your church, disown your family... Try asking God to change you. Dont live life like a bad egg, Move from being an ordinary egg to an extraordinary man or woman of God. God has designed you to soar in life! Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come (2 Cor. 5:17).
