They tend to be negative, rigid, and moody, paralyzing themselves with constant obsessing. Hence, overcome your negativity; and this exercise will eliminate your worrying and obsessing. We just need COMMON SENSE which in fact is most UNCOMMON. Always do what makes you feel peaceful and relaxed. Take balanced diet with protein, carbohydrates and also a little fat. EATING SHOULD BE A PLEASURE, NOT A CHEMISTRY LESSON. Enjoy life through your own ways and means—eating, exercising, communicating, enjoying and sleeping. Feel good and happy at every moment.
