Changes are hard. You cant spend all your time looking back. You have to push on and immerse yourself into your future, perhaps a very new one. Always beware Gatsbys green light. Time in the States presents so many opportunities. Start studying that awesome subject you havent touched since college. Put down your local language for a second and learn some python. Cook something with complicated ingredients. Get yourself one of these fancy new apps. Volunteer with immigrants who are going through an even bigger culture shock. Grow strawberries. Gain or lose some kilos, depending on preference. And, obviously, eat at chipotle. As Socrates famously said, You Only Live Once.
