Changes to Brisbane’s traffic and transport networks are now in place. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, these changes are necessary to ensure a safe, secure #G20 event — for visitors and for locals. The greatest impacts will be felt by those living and working in, or travelling across, the CBD and South Brisbane. Expect road closures and public transport changes. Plan ahead. However, it may take several hours to re-open roads, reinstate signage and remove barriers. Every effort will be made to ensure Brisbane’s traffic and transport network will be operational for morning peak period on Monday 17 November.
