Changing to healthy eating habits takes time. Start simply by making a salad. Add a protein (chicken, beans, eggs, fish etc. Add fillers like chopped carrot, celery, sunflower seeds, leftover vegetables. You Name it!. Put it in a pretty bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper (We like Janes Crazy Salt) and some extra virgin olive oil. This is not expensive to do. Its fun to come up with different ingredients and its delicious and just what your body is asking for. Dont get down on yourself if eating like this doesnt become a habit right away. There will be days when things go off the rails. Keep pushing on and try to do better.
