Character of God God has made us to be like him Psalm 82 vs 6. We are created to be like God. The first thing that God did was speak things into existence or create things by the spoken word. In this season, we will talk about the use of the tongue or mouth to create our desired world into existence. Proverbs 31 vs 26 states that a woman of influence open her mouth with wisdom and on her tongue is the law of kindness. Speak things that build you up and other people around you. Let your tongue bring healing to hurting people and life to add situation. Proverb 10vs 11 and Proverbs 15 ,vs 4. Our mouth is a well of life, things that are dead in your life, family your children are going wayward, what are the words we are speaking to such situations. Remember Ezekiel 37 vs 1-14. The secret to success is to speak even against the odds even if things seem to be getting bad to worse “keep speaking by declaring the word of God over any situation it concerns the strategy of the enemy. Prophesy to that hopeless situation. Whatever that has been said about you nullify by affirming the word of God over the wrong prophecies or words that does not glorify God. I can make it. God has given you life in your tongue denounce those statements. Even some husbands have said words that are hurting to you. Speak to yourself and situation and cancel those word in Jesus name. Proverb 10vs 20 also states that in your mouth you can chose to declare good things about yourself and children, family. Remember your lips feed many vs 21 which means your mouth is food to the soul and bring satisfaction by the wise words we speak. Be a wise woman who builds your generations by wise words. Proverb 10 vs 11b states that violence covers the mouth of the wicked. Remove poison from your heart that will cause you to speak wicked things. From the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks (Luke 6 vs 45). As you are going to pray today ask God to remove bitterness, anger, frustration from your heart and fill your heart with good things (the word of God). Prayer Pray according to proverb 10 vs 32 God should help us to know when to speak and when not to speak also to speak what is acceptable to others. Proverbs 23 vs 16 Do you know that some people when they open their mouth to speak everybody wants to run because of the words that comes from their mouth. May God use you to be a channel of healing, through your mouth and be filled with wisdom. Examples of problematic tongue, Prov. 21 vs 9. If you are always creating arguments (nagging in your home, quarrelsome). You drive your husband or children loved ones away from you 1) Your mouth will bring deliverance to your life, if you dream dreams you do not like cancel them and by faith that it is established. Preserve your life by your mouth. Proverb 14 vs 3. Conclusion The mouth is such a powerful tool that should be used for the right purposes and at the right time to build and create your desired life or world. Prayer: lets pray that our tongue will be a well of life and rivers of life flow out through our mouth in Jesus name.
