Charging Robert Alai in Kiambu, only reinforces the theory that blood is THIKA.But their is a new angle,the case would be so unpopular in Nairobi hence he is charged in the Vatican of GEMA where even dreaming against Uhuru is sacrilegious--it is an emotional victory to see a captured enemy being sorted at home before the elders& the republic and tonite I bet they will toss champagne & talk about it for the next full moon.To them Alai remains a captured Trophy or POW(Prisoner of War).This reminds me of an incident in 2003 USA invasion of Iraq, Saddam appeared on TV with a farmer who had shot down an American Apache & captured its two pilots alive therefore becoming a national pride and still feted among the ultra nationalists.
