Charlie Charlie was found in a backyard chained to a chain link fence with no food or water in temperatures in the 90s. Charlie had several severe wounds from being attached by 2 Pitbull dogs. Charlie was rescued by Blue Pearl Project and living at Oak Meadows Ranch as a sanctuary horse. Charlie is now one of the strongest, fastest and best trail horses.
