Charlie Simple Team Success Philosophy There is meaning, there is reason, there is purpose. God had reason, we give meaning, when they match, we have truth, that is our purpose. God did not grant a single man the knowledge he claims to have, he granted only truth which can only be pursued at will. Which should be a clue as to man’s purpose on earth… as it is in heaven. There is one truth…. Seek & ye shall find. Know, and you won’t. A single person cannot maximize production or performance. To increase production or improve performance, simply add another effective and efficient person who seeks the same purpose. To my understanding man is equal in two ways….. the value of our god given nature and our ability to use love will. To become one with all serves the greater good. The only constant, is change. Growth is change, improvement is change. There are Innovators. There are Leaders. There are Followers. There are Teams. There are Teams, There are Innovative Teams. Good Teams maximize Proven Systems that Innovative Teams create. Innovative Team Live by the rule of CNEI…. Constant Never Ending Improvement With Innovative Team success is a mindset, and mutual understanding of growth. It is critical for team member understand “The Philosophy of change”. Un-intentional change can be error, and most likely happens often, which is one of the innovators reasons for surrounding himself with a Team. Although not efficient, discovering ways things do not work, is an effective strategy for finding out what does. One of the critical rolls on the Leading Innovative team is the Team Coordinator. Because of the evolving / changing nature of the innovative leader, it is almost impossible to continually understand the intentions of the innovative leader. Therefore, the difficult yet critical roles of the Team Coordinator is to simply and swiftly follow the direction & instruction of the innovative leader and take ownership of implementing the change throughout the system and team. . • Manage the Master Task list. • Document & Pay close attention to the details of the instructions & tasks. • Ask clarifying Questions. (This is very helpful to the innovator). • Continually help by proposing challenges that come with new systems and processes. • Establish, manage and follow effective and efficient change Implementation protocols. • Keep team uniform, improving and compliant. Intentional change whether thought of as positive or negative means to Evolve, Grow, Improve, or Advance. To be a top level, record breaking Team, this philosophy of Intentional Change must be understood, accepted and committed to. Innovative Leaders are consistent with the way they intend to be. It’s not about following a procedure. Innovative Leaders of a team create, test and improve procedure and protocols by nature. Their purpose is to not conform. As a Team, this is done most effectively and efficiently, by synchronizing, coordinating & leveraging our efforts with clearly understood Team objectives, and mutually harmonious intent. Innovative Teams must continue and strive to be…. Consistent and Creative, Similar and Diverse, Uniform and State of the art, In sync and Improving, Together and Adjusting, Disciplined and Correcting, Coordinated and Diverse, Simplifying the Processes, and Making a Better Mouse Trap, Singing in Harmony and Learning New Songs, Following a systems and Creating new ways. Taking Risks, but Using caution, Go for broke, but Have reserves, Being Efficient, but Staying Effective, Make Assumptions but Seek the Truth, Follow the Proven but Test the Unknown.
