Charlie laid down again this afternoon (again 4:30am until bed last night). It was raining when he laid down. One hour later heard rain on deck out basement door...but it was freezing rain and 1/2 snow on ground. After taking me out ( Bailey would not venture in that wet stuff...LOL), Charlie laid down and held Bailey (she was alerting). After two hours, got up and now saw it is snowing heavily (2-3 and still coming down). I had to stand in the yard for 15 minutes wondering where this cold stuff came from. Bailey finally went out...silly Lab, hates rain but loves snow. The weatherman said snow was supposed to be tonight after midnight and just flurries... Charlie said it might be several inches more if it keeps up like this. I am booking a trip to Hawaii or nearby Tropical Island. The winter welcome mat is now removed :)
