Charlie needs out TODAY!! He has now become sick and needs vetting. He will not make it past tomorrow. He has been at the shelter since his owner dropped him off 12/9/14. Charlie would do best as an only dog, and is EXTREMELY URGENT!!! He is very affectionate to the shelter staff and even though he is not feeling well, the tail continues to wag!
