Charlie the Rottie from Clayton County Animal Shelter will now and forever be known as Udo McLawhorn. Thanks go out to Dawn Meier for sharing Charlies picture and contacting the McLawhorns who instantly fell in love with him. Now for those if you who arent familiar with the McLawhorns, Troy is a member of a small band some of you may have heard of before called EVANESCENCE, of which I am a new fan! Troy and wife Amy and son Michael came out to visit with Charlie and took him that day for a week trial. Amy called me at the end of the week and said You cannot have your dog back, he is now a McLawhorn! Truly some of the nicest people I have ever met! Thank you Amy, Troy and Michael! Im so happy that Charlie or Udo has become a second son!
