Charter Tv is a big rip off, my Mom gets the basic channels, she lives in an assistant living in which it is hard to get any thing else, got her bill today and they are now charging her 75 dollars a month and remember that is for basic cable, we have dish and a lot more channels and we pay just a little more, if any one has any idea of what to do would really appreciated it, so sad that they have to rip off all the elderly there is no reason for that, I am just really pissed.
