Chase participated in the Cross Country Meet for Franklin Central - TopicsExpress

Chase participated in the Cross Country Meet for Franklin Central High School at Indiana University. A teammate fell and needed help on the course and there were no coaches or officials around to help his teammate. Chase stopped and helped his teammate get back up and let him lean on him for about half a K of a 5K run to get him going again. He is very competitive. His placement at the end didnt matter to him at that time. It is not unusual for him to help a teammate or take up for a teammate from teams of the past. This is not his best sport, but at least he is giving it everything he has and is getting better each week. Could not be prouder of him.
