Chasing Birds Went for a ride last night on my new Blue Schwinn Retro bicycle. Chased the birds while I flew among them, no hands on the handlebars...so relaxing. When I was five I received a blue bicycle for my birthday. I learned to ride on the sidewalk in front of our house on twenty-first street. Within a year the bike was taken apart to repair another bike for another kid in our family. Someone must have noticed I was sad about not having my bike. That someone called me this winter to tell me he had a special bike for me. Uncle John, you are the best uncle a five year old could have ever had. I am still in awe of your talent and your humor.
