Chatting with a friend in Peru who is very ill and has been to the emergency room 4 times in the past week. His mother told him They arent going to take care of you because you are low class. He explained to me that because he has darker skin color and because here in Peru money means everything, he is afraid he wont get adequate medical attention. Racism is everywhere. // Chateando con un amigo que está muy enfermo y que ha ido a emergencia 4 veces esta semana. Su madre le dijo No te van a atender bien porque eres de la clase baja. Me explicó que ya que su piel es moreno con amarillo y porque el dinero manda todo acá en el Perú, tiene miedo de que no va a recibir la atención medica que necesita. El racismo esta en todo partes.
