Chatting with my gorgeous coach today about alllll the products and schemes out there on the market today for healthy living. A ton of scams to truly legitimate products. I wont hate on anyones weapon of choice because all our needs are unique. Some people need a gym, other people need an at home workout, other people need a trail and the time to just {run}. What you cant fake though is a quick fix. She said something funny which stuck with me- People think theres a magic potion, or powder. No, its called good nutrition & sweat. I loved it and its true. You see me posting pictures of eating well and working out, I know what got ME results- and it may not be the same for everyone but for me...
