CheapOair is a company that you should not use if you are booking overseas flights or domestic ones. They double charged me for over 1100 dollars this past year when I had to book a last minute flight to the Philippines. After multiple tries to contact their customer service over the phone and failing, I shot them an email. No reply. I told my bank (USAA) and they got my money back within a couple of hours. About a month and a half later (the original attempt being July 9 and their reply being Aug 22) they finally contacted me to tell me that they didnt know what my issue was because the money had been refunded. No apology, no deals offered, nothing. Orbitz and Expedia have never let me down on the other hand, so I highly recommend them. Good luck to all you travelers!
