Check it! Invented by a band to use for their own video, this new technology is free to use. It has been about a year since the technology Treehouse was introduced on this Dylan video and it just keeps getting better. The entertainment world is going to be an amazing place in years to come; allowing anyone to tell their story through multiple interactions by the viewer and its free to experiment with. This clip features 60 distinct videos, each a reenactment of what looks like a very real television program re-dubbed with Like a Rolling Stone. As the song plays, viewers can flip through to the various shows, from Pawn Stars to The Price Is Right and see Chumlee Russell or Drew Carey lip-synching the song throughout an otherwise normal show. The possibilities for the next generations are exciting to say the least -- and somone like my late grandfather, who worked in television from the beginning of its inception, would have been amazed. If you have not experienced, Treehouse, check out this video and switch the channel as you watch. This filming took nearly 2 months time to shoot all the pickups for a 6 min run, but the technology to map it only took a couple days. Luckily, most people knew the lyrics making it easier to capture.
