Amelia is a full-time Masters student, business owner and has 3 part-time jobs, along with big affiliated with 3 club committee at UC. Due to her busy schedule, her health and physical fitness came second to everything else. Her self-esteem declined, and that was when she knew it was ready to get back on track.
