Check out a short video of our preparations for our Grand Re-Opening tomorrow - Saturday, July 19th. Our ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 11:00 AM with honorary M.C., Corky Evans. Free smokies, hot dogs, veggie dogs, pop, water, and ice cream from 12:00 noon to 2:30 PM. Kids can meet and have their picture taken with Cooper the Co-op Bear mascot and have their face painted with Bubbles the Clown. Test your aim at our dunk tank to put the General Manager - Chris Sapriken, or the Passmore Fire Chief, Gord Ihlen into the water - or Spin-the-Wheel and win some fantastic prizes from our vendors, including some excellent special gifts. The price to play is two non-perishable food products - or - a suggested donation of a dollar. Last chance ticket purchase of our big raffle for a $500 Gas Card, a 32 LED flat screen TV, a Coca-Cola mini can fridge, two $100 Gift Cards, or two $50 Gift Baskets. Were very close to our goal of a $5000 donation to the Slocan Valley Food Cupboard, the recipient of all proceeds of our Grand Re-Opening Celebration!
