And here is the official count via NKLA! NKLA Adoption Weekend had a record-breaking 472 adoptions in 2 days! Thats 472 cats and dogs (and a few hamsters!) that got the second chance they deserve and a family to call their own. Plus, not a single dog or cat went back to the animal shelter - which means they are either with Best Friends Animal Society - Los Angeles, an NKLA Coalition partner rescue group (like us at Angel City Pit Bulls), or in foster care.
