Of course he was the perfect travel agent to talk to about this topic, seeing as he is great in front of the camera! Plus, it also helps that he was speaking from experience in terms of booking weddings, but also because of the fact that he’s had one himself! It’s hard to believe how that story was run three years ago, and the story still rings true. Destination weddings are still a huge market in the travel industry. Each year, destination weddings get more and more popular to the point where it’s now crucial that couples book their weddings at least 9-12 months ahead of time! The times of “last minute” wedding planning is over, because the chances of something being available so close to your wedding date is slim to none. Not to scare you though! This is what we are here to help couples with and we will help make this all a smooth and easy process for them. Bill also talks about how stress-free these kind of weddings can be, especially when you think about having a wedding in your home town with about, let’s say, 300 of your family and friends? Sounds about right? It’s so crazy and rushed when you’ve got so many people in one room for just one quick night. It’s nearly impossible to really get to spend time with each of them and talk to them. That’s where you can’t go wrong with a destination wedding, and as it’s said in the news clip, it’s like a wedding week, not just one day. Check out the video and it will take you back a few years (back to when Bill had highlights in his hair, Haha!).
