Check out our Exercise of the week!! Tricep Pushup - Hop Thru - Tricep Dip!! Equipment: 2 - 80lb Dumbells set on its end Exercise: tricep push-up (elbows come back by your side, core tight in a solid plank) - hop thru (both feet at the same time if possible) - tricep push-up (make sure elbows are bending and pointing directly behind you) - hop back to starting position.
