Check out the link below to see a short video of a Leatherback nest hatching in the early evening of July19. It was necessary to gather them up and keep them safe until after dark to lessen the chance of predators getting to them. We were then able to later successfully release them, along with a 2nd nest 100 feet away that also hatched at the exact same time!
