Check out these 2 upper body moves that you can add into ANY routine! (from yesterdays workout) ---------------------------------------------------- 1) Start in a wide stance plank position with a light weight under 1 hand. Row the weight up, then slowly bring back down while keeping your core and back in place (the less rocking the better range of motion youll get). This move works so many muscles including your core & back. ----------------------------------------------------------- 2) Lay on your back with your legs straight out and arms out, holding a light set of weights. As you bring your arms inward, slowly lift your legs upward so that your feet are just over your hips (dont let your feet come past your hips). This move targets your chest & your core! --------------------------------------------------------- Repeat each move 10x through and repeat for 2 rounds.
