Check out these 3 total body moves that you can add into ANY routine or combine together to make a quick mini routine for when youre pressed for time! -------------------------------------------------------------- #1 Side Lunges - Start standing upright and begin to lunge side to side. Each time bringing your weights on each side of the lunging leg, keeping your back straight/flat as you reach down. To modify this move, drop the weights! #2) Stability Ball Ab Balance - Start laying flat on your back while balancing the ball with your arms and legs in the air. Slowly bring one arm with the opposite leg down at the same time and then bring up and switch to the other opposite pair. You should feel this working your core! #3 Squat w/rows - Start standing straight, feet just wider then shoulder width apart with your weights held close to your body. As you squat down, bring the weights up to your chin and as you stand back up, release the weights back down.
