Check out this 5 star review by Eric Carter: Excellent service experience; driving home from upper michigan through Wisconsin when windshield wipers failed on our GMC Terrain in inclement snowy weather. The nearest GMC dealership service department was closed (it was a Saturday morning) so I pulled into the nearest facility, Stevens Point Nissan. I was immediately greeted by friendly sales associates shoveling snow from vehicles whom directed me towards the service department which was open. Within minutes the service manager had diagnosed the problem as a broken windshield transmission component. He ordered the part and we were back on the road in a couple hours. All of the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Great experience here!
