Check out this article. I wouldve never believed it before. Ive went 5 whole days without a pop and absolutely NO cravings for one. Ive drank strictly water and a cup of coffee every morning. I can honestly say that without pop, like this article states, i have less food cravings. Water makes me feel full. I know the article suggests itll take weeks before your body sees article difference but just the way I feel in 5 days has been great!
