Check out this awesome line up of readers for tonights event! KERRI CULL After receiving her Masters in English in 2004, Kerri has worked in publishing, journalism, radio, teaching, and writing. She created The Book Fridge, authored one book poetry, and is currently working on a collection of short stories and essays. GEORGE MURRAY George is the author of five books of poetry, one book of aphorism, one childrens book, and is the current poet laureate of St. Johns. JAMES LANGER James is the author of Gun Dogs, the editor at Breakwater Books, and a poetry editor with Riddle Fence. He lives in St. Johns. AGNES WALSH Agnes is a poet and playwright. She was the inaugural poet laureate of St. John’s. She has read in such remote and exotic places as the Azores and Iceland. Her poems have been translated into French, Icelandic and Portuguese. JANELLE HILLIER Janelle is from Fortune, but currently lives in St. John’s. She likes to incorporate images and people from her home town into her writing. She has been writing poetry since she was thirteen and also enjoys film and modern dance. She works at Eastern Health.
