Check out this health tip that I saw on Health Tip of the Day: "Cocoa powder and dark chocolate have an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score significantly higher than blueberries or green tea. They contain flavonoids that improve endothelial function within blood vessels, improving cardiovascular health. Milk (milk chocolate) negates this benefit, as does sugar. To maximize health, include dark, organic chocolate in smoothies, hot cocoa, or candy - sweetened with stevia but without the milk."
