I want to thank you for all of your hard work at IEW. Ive been working on a writing/editing app called Brontë for the iPad. Currently, the iPad affords a level of freedom not found on a laptop or typical computer and has led to the so-called Post-PC era. The screen size is perfect; its entirely portable; etc. It is surprising then how incredibly difficult it is to write and edit on a touch screen. Ive aimed to fix this with my app. The Brontë app lets you move words, lines, and paragraphs around the page, naturally -- just by dragging. It has a dedicated, full-size editing keyboard for common editing tasks. It even has a visual clipboard area, geared for idea generation and flow-editing.
