When a team from The Maids of Alexandria, Va., owned by franchisees John and Liz Daus started servicing a client new to the area, manager Judy McGhee went above and beyond to help him get acquainted to his new surroundings! Shortly after moving in, his home was broken into and he trusted his relationship with Judy enough to call and ask for her advice. She immediately set him up with not only the name of an alarm company, but a coupon for its service. Just a few short weeks after that, the client called back to ask Judy if she could help him get ink out of his dryer that was left by an exploding pen. Judy jumped into action researching the problem and sending the customer the information he needed. Within minutes, Judy received an Edible Arrangement® from the customer with a note expressing his gratitude for her willingness to go the extra mile.
