Check out todays great Recorder article regarding contact negotiations between Montgomery County and the CSEA! Matt Ossenfort managed to do within 3 months what the prior Board of Supervisors could not since 2012. Recent social media postings from the other side would lead readers to believe that Democrats are basically responsible for every great deed accomplished in Montgomery County since the dawn of time (were just waiting for their post claiming they cured cancer and invented the semi-colon - thats where their rhetoric is headed!). While everyone is reaping the benefits of Matts great leadership regardless of party affiliation, the Montgomery County GOP takes proud Republican ownership over our County Exec! Thank god for the new county executive, because we had three meetings and we got this thing accomplished, Russo said. This should have been done last year with the board of supervisors.
