...Check this out, I have just recently added to my list of female heros (herione or whatever) the name ALLEN CATHERINE KAGINA. Boy! Awesome. This is the Commisioner General (Retired?) of Ugandan Revenue Authority (URA) who as a Christian asked God to give her the grace to change a Government Ministry that was considered the most corrupt in the country and one amongst a host in Africa. She was able to retire over 2000 of the employees of that establishment and asked them to reapply for their job, so that they clean out corrupt staff. Guess how many where retained? 500!!!! Kudos to the Government of Uganda who did not interfare with her tactics. Guess what? the revenue of Uganda under her jumped with about 300%! Please LORD bless Africa with more women like Allen, give them the heart to do bold things that will change our society for better. When i heard her speak at the Global Leadership Summit this year, tears came to my heart. She sounded calm and gentle but you could sense a woman filled with the Holy Spirit..what a WOMAN!
